Grasshopper Tennis!!

Today we went to Tennis and we loved it. (Taylor) We learnt how to swing the tennis racket (Jah) We learnt how to catch the ball when our partner hit it to us. (Te Omeka) We did a good job hitting the ball. (Tylor) The whole class came. (Annabel) We liked the part when he was throwing the balls and we had to move out of the way so we didn't get hit (Tania). Everything that we did at tennis was fun. (Sophie) Michael taught us all of the stuff. (Oliver) We learnt how to hit the ball over the net. (Nicholas). Toby liked tennis. (Toby). If you missed the ball you had to go to the smelly end of the bus (Emilee). We all like going to grasshopper tennis (Rileigh). I liked the part when he threw the balls at us. You had to go to the back if the bomb hit you (Blake). I liked it when I was throwing the ball to Dre (Blaze). Me and Tylor never missed the ball and had to go to the end. (Fintan). Everyone had a go (Annabel) and we were Active Adventurers!! We will keep trying (Sophie). Next time we need to be more quiet and be great listeners (Zac). By the Trekkers :)

Letter of the Week!!

We are just finishing letter Ii as our letter of the week!
Please help to make sure your child knows the names, sounds (most important), can form the lowercase and capital letters and knows some words that start with the letters a-i. Make it fun :) Look around the house and in books at home to find the letters. Use paper and coloured pens and pencils to write them. Play games using letters and their sounds. Get creative!
Also remember to check out the Star fall website.
